
Tracey Ferraro, Executive Director
Tracey has more than a decade of experience in non-profit fundraising, volunteer coordination, and project management, as well at four years in the US Air Force as a Contract Specialist. She founded Cassandra’s Children in hopes that individual acts of resistance will help in fighting the current plague of fascism infecting the United States of America.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Maryland, and is glad to finally be using her writing skills to help affect change in the world.

Our Deputy Director
The Deputy Director has substantial experience in website creation and development. The Deputy Director will be responsible for Assisting the Executive Director with general operations, and is the Organization’s current Webmaster. The Deputy Director is a dedicated, passionate force for good who has well over ten years of experience of working in web management. The Deputy Director is good at website creation, writing, planning, and implementation.

Sara Falvo, Director of Marketing
Sara has spent most of her adult life in public service, with 15 years in marketing and publicity. Sara was a Marketing Director for the United States Air Force, serving as the public face of the squadron focusing on a crucial service to members’ morale. She conducted market research and focus groups, created branding campaigns, secured contracts for sponsorship opportunities for local and global businesses to support military members, and built marketing plans for more than 50 facilities annually.
Sara also has marketing experience in the non-profit sector, running marketing operations for a foreign exchange student organization. She is a proud patriot and looks forward to doing her part to save this country from fascism.

Juli Hackenberger, Director of Research
Juli is a research and information management professional with over a decade of experience in technical support, CRM systems, and help center operations. She specializes in organizing information, improving workflows, and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
A dedicated advocate for human rights, Juli believes that truly loving a country often requires resisting its government’s actions. She is motivated by bridging the gap between technical complexity and human need to ensure technology serves as a tool for survival and community growth.

Hillary Muench, Director of Education
Hillary is a Researcher who has more than a decade of experience of working in research, data collection and analysis, and troubleshooting, and has let her natural curiosity and passion for knowledge shape most of her life–especially as an adult. Her desire to learn as much as possible has sharpened her research skills and nurtured a desire to share her knowledge with others.
Hillary will be responsible for establishing Education programs within the Organization, including a future initiative creating a K-12 homeschooling syllabi that promotes reading and math literacy, history, the arts, and critical thinking–all informed by a Progressive, inclusive worldview.
